When I had my New York City studio in 1967, I sent a copy of that portrait to the late JFK's brother, US Senator Robert F. Kennedy. He responded with this very warm letter of appreciation. This became another letter of reference in my FIT personnel file. Sadly, almost a year later, RFK was assassinated in Los Angeles.
